This advanced level course looks in detail at the social security rights of EEA nationals in the UK. It provides an opportunity for advisers who are familiar with some of the more commonly occurring scenarios to focus on specific complex areas and recent significant developments.

Recent significant changes in legislation and caselaw in particular affecting which EEA nationals can access benefits that require a right to reside
