Carer support payment is a new Scottish benefit which has replaced carer’s allowance in Scotland. This course updates you on the main rules, and how these are different from carer’s allowance, to help you identify who is entitled. You will also learn about the latest changes to carer support payment being introduced in Scotland including a new carer additional person payment.
