Join us for this free informal event, where you will have the opportunity to discuss and share your experiences and knowledge on what’s working, what’s not, and what you can do differently in all things managing digital change.
The meetups will be based around key themes that drive all our digital evolution work:

The session will be run over Zoom, and we will use breakout rooms and a retrospective framework as the format to help conversations thrive.
Overall aimThis is a new series of meetups for digital change-makers, leads, and enthusiasts. We'll be coming together to discuss new and emerging topics, along with the challenges and issues we face as organisations. This will be a supportive and energising space for us to share our experiences and best practices developed in the digital delivery and digital evolution space.
Whether you are introducing agile ways of working, developing an AI strategy, worried about cyber attacks, frustrated by your organisational leadership, attempting to improve your hybrid ways of working, or you’d just like to know where to start, this meetup is for you!
