Chairs Network Scotland: Setting Organisation Culture
ACOSVO
Join us for an exclusive event designed for Chairs and Vice-Chairs to explore the role they play in setting and driving organisational culture. This session will focus on the collaboration between Chairs/Vice-Chairs and CEOs to define and embed cultural values at the strategic level.
How do Chairs and Vice-Chairs contribute to shaping the culture from the top down? What are the distinctions between the Board’s strategic culture-setting role and the CEO’s day-to-day leadership? Together, we’ll examine how the values of an organisation are lived and demonstrated at the board level—during meetings, decision-making, and beyond.
This is an invaluable opportunity for board leaders to reflect on their influence, share best practices, and ensure that the organisation’s culture is not just discussed but actively lived through every action and decision.
This event is only open to Chairs or Vice-Chairs of Scottish voluntary sector organisations.
